For QuickBooks Online and Xero
Stripe payouts that actually match your bank deposit
A Stripe payout is one bank deposit. Inside it are charges, fees, refunds, and adjustments. PayoutPair splits that deposit into a journal that totals the amount on the statement.
- No Stripe login
- CSV discarded after processing
- One journal per deposit
How it works
Step 1
Export the CSV
Download the itemized payout reconciliation report from your Stripe Dashboard.
Step 2
Upload it
PayoutPair groups each payout into sales, fees, refunds, disputes, and other adjustments.
Step 3
Import the journal
Download a QuickBooks Online or Xero file and import it yourself. Nothing is posted for you.
Compared with other tools
Synder and Acodei connect to Stripe and keep a ledger in sync. PayoutPair does not connect to Stripe. It turns a payout export into one journal per bank deposit. Prices below are the vendors' public entry prices as of 2026-11-03.

Questions
Does PayoutPair connect to Stripe?
No. You export a CSV from your own Stripe Dashboard and upload it. PayoutPair does not ask for Stripe API keys, and it does not use Stripe Connect.
What happens to the CSV?
The file is read in memory, split into payout totals, and then discarded. PayoutPair stores the totals, the payout date, the currency, and whether the payout balanced. It does not store the original CSV or individual customer charges.
Which Stripe reports work?
The itemized Payout reconciliation CSV, the itemized Balance change from activity CSV when it includes a payout id column, and a balance transaction export that has Type, Amount, Fee, Net, Currency, and a payout column. Summary reports are rejected, with a message explaining that.
Will the journal match the bank deposit?
Each payout becomes one journal. Gross sales, fees, refunds, disputes, and other adjustments are signed so they add up to the payout amount. If a file is internally inconsistent, or a payout row does not match its transactions, the payout is marked as a mismatch and the difference is shown before you export.
Do I need a QuickBooks or Xero login inside PayoutPair?
No. You map your own account names and, for Xero, account codes. PayoutPair downloads a CSV that you import yourself. It does not sign in to QuickBooks Online or Xero.
What does the free plan include?
One business and five new payouts per month. Paid plans remove the payout cap. Solo is one business. Bookkeeper covers 10 businesses, and Bookkeeper Plus covers 40. Annual prices are 10 months, which is two months free.
