Privacy policy
This is a plain-language summary for PayoutPair. It is not legal advice. Questions: support@payoutpair.com.
What you upload
A signed-in import reads the CSV in memory, computes payout totals, and discards the file. PayoutPair stores the payout id, date, currency, category totals, whether the payout balanced, and the difference. It does not store the original CSV, customer names, email addresses, or individual charges.
The free calculator at /tools/stripe-payout-calculator runs in your browser. That file is not sent to the server.
Account data
Sign-in stores your email address, and, if you use Google, the name and image Google provides. Magic-link tokens are stored only until they are used or they expire. Account mappings store the ledger account names and codes you type.
Payments
Paid plans are sold by Lemon Squeezy, which is the merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy processes the card and sends PayoutPair a subscription status, variant, and email so the plan limits can be applied. PayoutPair does not store card numbers.
How long it is kept
Totals and mappings stay until you delete the account or ask support@payoutpair.com to delete them. Upload rate-limit records are deleted after a day and contain no file contents. Archived businesses keep their saved totals until the account is deleted.
Who else sees it
The app is hosted on Vercel and the database is Postgres. Email sign-in uses the mail server you configure. Google sign-in uses Google. These providers process data only to run the service.
