Refund policy
This is a plain-language summary for PayoutPair. It is not legal advice. Questions: support@payoutpair.com.
Who charges you
Paid plans (Solo, Bookkeeper, and Bookkeeper Plus) are billed in US dollars. Paddle processes the payment and is the merchant of record. PayoutPair does not store card numbers. Your bank or Paddle may also show tax, or the same charge converted into another currency.
How to ask for a refund
Request a refund from the Paddle customer portal, where invoices and subscription management live, or by emailing support@payoutpair.com. The account email, the plan name, and the approximate date of the charge are enough to find the payment.
The 14-day window
Email support@payoutpair.com within 14 days of a first paid subscription charge or an upgrade charge, and PayoutPair will refund that charge. This is a product policy for a self-serve subscription. It is not a statement of what any law requires. If Paddle's buyer terms require a different process, that process applies. Paddle may also handle a buyer refund request under its own terms, because Paddle is the merchant of record.
Canceling a subscription
Canceling stops future renewals. A cancellation does not by itself refund the period you have already paid for. Access continues until that period ends, and the account then returns to free limits. Existing businesses can still be viewed. Imports stop when they would exceed the free plan.
Annual plans
Annual prices are ten times the monthly price. A refund inside the 14-day window is the annual charge. After that window, canceling stops the next renewal. The current annual period is not automatically prorated.
The free plan
The free plan has no charge, so there is nothing to refund.
Chargebacks
If a charge looks wrong, email support@payoutpair.com before you dispute it with your bank. A message to support is the faster way to find the payment and refund it when this policy applies.
