PayoutPair turns a Stripe payout CSV into one journal that matches the bank deposit, for QuickBooks Online or Xero. You export the file, upload it, and import the journal yourself.

Why it exists

Stripe payouts never match the bank deposit. The deposit is what is left after fees, refunds, disputes, and other adjustments, and one payout can bundle several days of charges. Bookkeepers fix that split by hand.

PayoutPair groups each payout into sales, fees, refunds, disputes, and other adjustments so the journal totals the deposit.

How customer data is handled

CSV only. There is no Stripe login. The file is read to add up each payout, then deleted after processing. The database is hosted in the EU (Paris).
